Church Update 5/29/23
 

Dear Church Family,

Here is what's going on at LTBC this week;  

Weekly prayer meeting – Tuesday Evening at 6:00pm

Children’s Ministry – We are in the process of getting all of our volunteers registered (routine background checks, etc.) so we may communicate this returning ministry in our church soon.  We are targeting next Sunday June 4th to have all applications in so we can proceed with the registration of our volunteers.  We will continue to keep you posted on our progress!  If you have not signed up and are interested in volunteering to work with the children, please see Mike Avecilla or Zena Elliott.  

May Church Statistics – We will announce our May attendance and giving numbers at next Sunday’s service on June 4^th as well as the church update email on June 5^th for those who missed the service.  This will be our process moving forward, to share this information at the end of each month as we develop a routine of open sharing and transparency of our finances to our assembly.  A future business meeting (the plan is to hold them quarterly) will be scheduled and communicated (probably on a Monday evening) once the financial audit that is currently being conducted has been completed and I look forward to sharing and answering your questions so we all feel a part of this!
